Your Bio

An avid outdoor enthusiast, most of my pictures are landscapes and wildlife or domestic animals. I have a special interest in shooting canine and equine events and dogs and horses in general. Being relatively new to photography, I hope to continue learning and improving each time I get out and shoot.

Horses : Beanie, Tia and Bullet are my husband's and my horses. This Gallery is dedicated to my beautiful Arabian mare, Tia. Sadly, I lost my dear Tia on Jan 6, 2011, at age 27. Bean, who was the same age, died on October 13, 2011. We miss them every day. This is an assortment of horse photos taken in the summer and fall of 2010 and the first equine photos I've ever tried to take with any sort of skill.

My Dogs : Photos of my own dogs. There are more pictures of the red male because he's a good poser, unlike the other two dogs who tend to be more adverse about having their pictures taken. Dear Dozer went to the Bridge in November 2010. He was our first Australian Cattle Dog and is greatly missed. Dozer was blind from a very young age, but it never slowed him down any and he was my husband's shadow and partner, going to work with him every weekend right up until the day he left us. Run free little buddy .... we thank you for teaching us how to "see" with our hearts.
